1875 foolscap cover, folded back at left 2 inches for display, to N.J. Darrell, Smith's Parish, Bermuda with strip of six 2c orange OFFICIAL (SG.02. four copies slanting "O") individually tied "A03" and rated red "4", reverse blue embossed flap of the COLONIAL RECEIVER GENERAL'S OFFICE/(Crown)/B. GUIANA and GEORGETOWN OC 25 75 despatch and ST. THOMAS B/NO 4 75 transit cancels. Unique as such. Ex Simon GREENWOOD.

The unique block of four showing the full 5-line setting as repeated on each stamp 1899 QV ½d Keyplate (SG.67) pmk'd ST. VINCENT (apex "A" inside left side of "N") cds dated A/MR 20 02. An excellent display item.
Lower left copy no stop after Proudfoot, the "l" in "value" found after "V" above; before "i" above; immediately below "i" above; immediately below "V" above, and lower right copy dropped "a" in "at".

ST. VINCENT stamps:
1880 QV 1d olive-green (SG.29), a rare horiz. strip of three pmk'd GPO "A10".
It has always been my expectation that a single strike of the "A10" on this QV 1d would be local use, and an over-lapped (second) strike would be from a multiple, but the commonest of this stamp cannot be from locally used survival, and the precision of the strikes on such a small area proves me wrong on two counts.

TRINIDAD stamps:
1876 4d bluish grey CC wmk P.14 (SG.76), a positional block of nine (3/- rate), the top right stamp dated MY 8 82, slight faults but undoubtedly the largest used multiple for this issue, and display showpiece. The paper hinge refers to a Jan. 1917 sale.
