ISHAN, Southern Nigeria postmark
(T.6a) dated 7 OC 18 on MCA wmk KGV 1d red (SG.46) ex booklet (SG5) showing straight edge top perfs, rare office.

The ERROR PANE (see scan below) Carnival booklet, St. Vincent stamps
1975 $2.50 Carnival booklet printed WITHOUT THE 35c denomination but including a SECOND 25c BY ERROR (the four panes adding up to only $2.40 instead of the intended $2.50). A great modern rarity in perfect unmounted mint condition.
The booklet was assembled by the St. Vincent Philatelic Bureau staff (126 girls at its peak in 1978). At a very late stage of collation and early stapling it was noticed there was no 35c value. A corrected pane was rapidly sent from the printers in Holland but some error booklets had already got into the standing order supply chain. The expectation was that no more than about 10 error booklets were in circulation and most have not been found to this date.

SHAKI, Southern Nigeria postmark
(T.7A) JY 17 14 (LRD) on vertical pair ex booklet KGV d (SG.45) piece, top stamp with defective edge.

NIGERIA stamps:
1925 Die II KGV 1d booklet remainders interpanneau pair (SG.16b) used 15 AP 30.
The sheets had horizontal blocks of 10 stamps removed for booklets leaving horizontal interpanneau pairs. Rather than considering these as waste they were put back into the Post Office for sale as normal stock.
