REGISTERED PRINTED MATTER, British Honduras postal history
1891 home-made and still sealed wrapper using large part of a printed Deed dated Belize 15th March 1889 opened at both ends so as to enclose a printed pamphlet or newspaper showing small portion removed at left where the enclosure was probably "tied" addressed to Dresden, Germany with 3 x "3 CENTS" on QV 3d tied "O" obliterators without despatch datestamp being contrary to regulations, endorsed 'Printed Matter Registered' with REGISTERED LONDON 10 MY 91 oval and DRESDEN 19 5 91 arrival b/stamp. Exceptionally rare as such.

LATE FEE COLLECTED BY INSUFFICIENT POSTAGE/FINE FROM RECIPIENT, New Zealand postal history
Extraordinary 1865 cover endorsed "p. Claud Hamilton" and franked Chalon QV 2d pale blue placed in the Post Office late mail box with red manuscript instruction "Late Letter" (without accompanying cash) pmk'd Picton "11" without despatch datestamp (contrary to regulations) addressed H.D. Jackson in Nelson, the 6d late fee charge attended to by addition of INSUFFICIENTLY PAID 6/FINE 6 handstamp with black 1/- to be collected from the recipient, part of the address redacted, reverse NELSON MR 4 1865 arrival.
The enclosure, written "In great haste" is on printed Union Bank of Australia paper and headed "Pictou 3 Mch/65" and mentions "enclosing 7/6 in postage stamps".

MONTSERRAT PAID postmark/cancel
CONTRARY TO REGULATIONS dated A/FE 16 84 tying bisected QV 1d red CC wmk P.12 (SG.6b) on local piece addressed the Gazette.
All Montserrat covers 1876 to end 1878 (including the numerous bisect covers to Dominica and St. Christopher) have the adhesives corrected "killed" by the "A08" obliterator with despatch datestamp alongside on the cover, only one exception is noted with pair QV 6d green to Islington, London (ex Hopkins, Thompson, Toeg) dated NO 25 78 with adhesives solely cancelled MONTSERRAT PAID cds.
