1883 printed O.H.M.S. cover (opened both left and right ends, and thought to have been used as a wrapper) from the "Clerk H.M. Council" to The Hon. G. Tucker in Paget partly tied blue HAMILTON B/OC 30 83 duplex with the numeral portion seemingly positioned to "tie" the content.
