14 used MORUGA, Trinidad postmark/cancel
(Type 0.4) on 1876 (1d) rose-carmine REVERSED CC wmk (SG.76b), perf. defect top left but extremely scarce. (Only seen on 1872 4d (one example) and 1876 (1d) shades).
Type 0.2 "14" originally used at Monos (two copies known on SG.46). The Moruga office opened c1868-69 with transfer of the "14" numeral per the 1891 report.

boxed type of the 14, 15, 16 Tobago rural numeral series on Trinidad 1904 1d Britannia (SG.134). Only two excellent and two poor strikes known.
Numeral figures being 8mm high, not to be confused with the Trinidad Type 0.4 "18" used Princes Town which has numeral figures 7mm high.
