Hinds in Philadelphia but including examples to Antigua, Canada, Demerara, France, Guernsey, Ireland, Jamaica, Madeira, Martinique, Porto Rico, St. Thomas, St. Lucia, Spain, and Trinidad, with provenance when known embracing 49 well-known collectors. Also later puzzling uses in black on Britannia "loose" 1d, 4d, 1/- denominations.
