OFFICE/ST. VINCENT/JAN 18 1900" as old QV stocks were withdrawn from sale 31 December 1899 and seemingly sent to the Treasury for cancellation and most subsequently destroyed. A useful record sometimes showing how difficult it is to get a good strike on certain issues.
